Web Publisher 1: I am trying to enable the Web Publisher feature in Reference Manager 11 or later, but it automatically disables itself. How can I fix this?

Answer: This usually happens if you have IIS installed, or some other web program which uses the port number that the Web Publisher is trying to use. To resolve this, simply use a different port for the Web Publisher, such as port 81.
